Right of withdrawal
14-day period
When the purchaser is a consumer within the meaning of the French Consumer Code, and the order is placed remotely for a training course outside the scope of continuing professional development, they have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, pursuant to Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.
However, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 1° of the Consumer Code, this right does not apply if the service begins before the end of the 14-day period, with the consumer’s express prior consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
10-day period
When an individual registers for a training course that falls within the scope of continuing professional development and personally funds it, they have a right of withdrawal of 10 days from the signing of the training contract, pursuant to Article L. 6353-5 of the French Labour Code.
