📨 Pre-registration form
🇫🇷 France – The form below allows you to initiate the registration process for one of our legal training courses qualifying as continuing professional development under French law and potentially eligible for public or mutualised funding, such as through an OPCO. Depending on your responses, we will either contact you or send you a draft training contract.
🌎 Other jurisdictions – Depending on local regulations, the form may be useful for professionals subject to specific continuing education requirements (e.g. CPD, CLE, MCE).
💡 If you’re unsure whether pre-registration is necessary in your case, please read our guidance below. If you’d prefer a quicker initial contact, you may use our simplified contact form instead.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with our personal data policy.
🎯 Who is this pre-registration for?
This pre-registration process is intended for individuals or organisations seeking to enrol in one of our training programmes within a specific professional development framework, for example:
- to comply with French labour law obligations
- in connection with public or mutualised funding (e.g. OPCO)
- to meet CPD, CLE or MCE requirements in another jurisdiction
- to request a customised training programme (in terms of content and/or format)
- or to integrate the training into an internal training plan
Do you need to pre-register?
Pre-registration is required for individuals personally funding the training when the French continuing professional training provisions apply.
It is needed for organisations enrolling several employees or requesting a customised training programme (content and/or format).
It may also be necessary for professionals subject to specific continuing education frameworks (e.g. CPD, CLE, MCE), depending on local regulations.
If you do not fall into one of these categories and have no specific administrative or funding constraints, you may register directly:
