📘 Internal Rules

Internal rules applicable to continuing professional training courses delivered in accordance with the French Labour Code.

These internal rules are established in accordance with Articles L. 6352-3 and R. 6352-1 et seq. of the French Labour Code. They apply to all individuals enrolled in a training course provided by FB JURIS, regardless of the financing method or the training format.

They are made available to all participants on the organisation’s website.

1. Purpose and scope

The purpose of these internal rules is to set out the conditions governing the organisation and delivery of training courses, including matters relating to health and safety, participant behaviour, the use of digital platforms, disciplinary procedures, and the rights and obligations of learners.

These rules apply to all individuals enrolled in a training course organised by FB JURIS, whether they are self-funded or registered by a third party (such as an employer).

When the training takes place in a company or institution that already has its own internal rules, the health and safety measures applicable to participants shall be those set out in that existing set of rules.

These internal rules are complemented by the Integrity Policy, which sets out the expected behaviours regarding personal work, the use of digital tools (including artificial intelligence), compliance with instructions, and respectful interaction with others.

2. General conditions of participation

Participants undertake to:

  • comply with the training procedures (access to the platform, online lessons, attendance at videoconference sessions);
  • connect to the online sessions at the agreed time and in suitable conditions (stable connection, quiet environment);
  • follow the training content seriously and diligently.

3. Digital environment, security and accessibility

Training courses are delivered remotely. Participants are responsible for the conditions under which they attend the training.

FB JURIS ensures a stable and secure digital learning environment. Participants agree to:

  • refrain from disrupting the course of the sessions;
  • report any technical issue or access difficulty to the training provider;
  • use the tools provided with respect for other participants and trainers.

4. Access to materials and intellectual property

All training materials (documents, videos, recordings and any other resources) are protected by copyright.

They are strictly reserved for personal use as part of the training course. Unless prior written authorisation is granted by FB JURIS, participants are not allowed to:

  • reproduce, share, modify or distribute any part of these materials;
  • give access to third parties, whether free of charge or not.

5. Evaluation and certificate of completion

Participants must comply with the Integrity Policy, which sets out the expected standards of conduct for all learning activities, including assessments and the use of digital tools.

When a videoconference session is part of the training course, attendance is mandatory. A certificate of completion is issued only if the participant has completed the course in full and attended the required session.

If a participant fails to attend without justification or only completes part of the course, FB JURIS reserves the right not to issue a certificate.

6. Behaviour and disciplinary measures

Participants are expected to behave respectfully at all times, towards trainers and other learners.

In particular, they must:

  • observe basic rules of courtesy and professionalism;
  • use appropriate language when communicating in videoconferences or via online platforms;
  • avoid disrupting the proper conduct of the course.

Any breach of these rules may result in a verbal warning, and if necessary, in a temporary or permanent exclusion from the course, without refund.

No disciplinary sanction may be applied without first informing the participant of the alleged facts and giving them the opportunity to provide an explanation.

7. Entry into force and availability

These internal rules come into effect on 1st April 2025.

They are accessible at the following address: i-law.co/training-internal-rules

They may be updated at any time. Any substantial change will be communicated to participants already enrolled in an ongoing course, by any appropriate means.
