Complaint Handling Policy
This policy outlines the procedures for handling complaints addressed to our organisation.
Definition – A complaint is a statement by which an individual expresses dissatisfaction related to a training course or an associated element (for example: accessibility, content, delivery, organisation, pedagogical or technical conditions).
Submission Methods – Complaints must be submitted in writing exclusively via the online form accessible on this page. This unique channel ensures traceability, consistent processing, and monitoring in line with our quality approach.
Anonymity – The form allows for complaints to be submitted anonymously. However, without contact information, we will not be able to provide you with a personalised response.
Complaint Processing – We are committed to handling each complaint with attention, diligence, and confidentiality. If corrective measures are identified, we will implement them as promptly as possible.
Accessibility – Complaints concerning accessibility will be given priority to provide an appropriate response as quickly as possible.
Processing Timeframes:
When a nominative complaint is received:
- An acknowledgement of receipt is sent by email within two working days.
- A reasoned response is provided within a maximum of fifteen working days.
Recording, Retention, and Monitoring – Each complaint is recorded in a secure internal register. Complaints are analysed to provide prompt solutions when appropriate, ensure follow-up, prevent recurrence, and continuously improve our pedagogical, organisational, and technical practices as part of our continuous improvement approach.
