We provide legal training programmes qualifying as continuing professional development (CPD) and complying with French law as well as requirements in other jurisdictions.
In France, our training offer falls under the formal framework of continuing professional training governed by the Labour Code.
Internationally, it may also meet Continuing Professional Development (CPD), Continuing Legal Education (CLE), or other ongoing education requirements, depending on the relevant local regulations.
🇫🇷 Continuing professional training in France
We offer legal training programmes that contribute to the development of professional skills and fall within the scope of continuing professional training as defined by Articles L.6311-1 et seq. of the French Labour Code.
Each training programme follows a structured learning path designed to achieve a specific professional objective. Courses may be delivered fully or partially online, and may include workplace-based activities.
These legal trainings aim to support the improvement, adaptation or enhancement of professional skills. They promote career development and professional mobility.
Public or mutualised funding may be available for these training programmes if you meet the applicable eligibility criteria.
Our trainings may be included in your organisation’s training plan and help meet legal, collective or internal training obligations.
Where applicable, training hours may count towards mandatory continuing education requirements.
In accordance with French law, continuing professional training requires a pre-registration process, which allows us to prepare the appropriate training contract.
You can read more about the process here, access the pre-registration form, or use our quick contact form if you have a specific request or prefer to get in touch directly.
🌍 Continuing professional development in other jurisdictions
Our legal training programmes may qualify as Continuing Professional Development (CPD), Continuing Legal Education (CLE) or Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) depending on your jurisdiction.
A certificate of completion is issued at the end of each course.
Participants are responsible for verifying the eligibility of the training with their relevant professional body, authority or regulator, where applicable.
If your jurisdiction requires any formal documentation or prior approval (e.g. from a professional body or bar association), please indicate this clearly in our pre-registration form. We will do our best to assist you and provide the appropriate supporting documents.
If you are unsure whether pre-registration is necessary in your case, you can read more about the process here, or contact us directly using our simplified form.
